Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PDPKit at https://pdpkit.xyz (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: support@pdpkit.xyz.

1. What the Service does

PDPKit turns product photos you upload into marketplace listing images: main image sets, A+ content for desktop and mobile, and AI-generated on-model photos. AI features can draft selling-point copy, lay out pages and generate photos. You review and download the results.

2. Accounts

• You need an email address and password. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract for your business.
• Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You can delete your account and all its data at any time from the Billing page.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the photos, text and brand assets you upload, and to the images the Service produces for you.
• You grant us a limited license to store and process your content only to provide the Service, including sending it to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train models and do not show it to other users.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload (product photos, model photos, logos, fonts) and that your listings comply with the rules of the marketplaces you sell on.
• Product claims, specifications and size data come from what you enter. Review every image before publishing: you are responsible for the accuracy of your listings.

4. AI output

AI-generated photos and copy can contain mistakes, for example a buckle on the wrong side or a wrong color. We check AI photos automatically and regenerate the ones that fail, but no check is perfect. Do not publish an image you have not looked at.

5. Plans, credits and payment

• Purchases are processed by Waffo (Waffo.com Limited), our merchant of record, which handles payment, tax and receipts. Prices are shown before checkout; tax may be added depending on your location.
• Credits are used as described on the Pricing page: for example, the first render of a color’s main image set or of a style’s A+ content uses one credit, re-renders are free, and each approved AI photo uses one credit. AI photos that fail every check are not charged.
• Subscriptions (Starter, Pro) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Monthly plans add their credits each month; yearly plans add a full year of credits when the year starts. Cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Packs (quarterly and yearly packs paid in CNY) are one-time purchases and do not renew.
• Credits you have received stay in your account after a plan ends. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Refunds

• First purchase of a plan or pack: full refund within 14 days if you have used no more than 10 of its credits.
• Renewals: refundable within 7 days if none of that period’s credits were used.
• If something fails because of an error on our side, we restore the credits or refund the payment.
• Email support@pdpkit.xyz with the email used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Waffo. Statutory rights in your country are not affected.

7. Acceptable use

Do not upload content you have no rights to, content that is illegal or sexual, or photos of real people without their consent. Do not use the Service to create misleading product claims, to imitate other brands, or to resell access. Do not overload, scrape or attack the Service, or bypass credits and limits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules; unused paid credits are refunded unless the account was used for fraud.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features or prices; price changes for subscriptions apply from the next renewal after notice by email.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or marketplace penalties, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
