Acceptable Use Policy

PDPKit is a tool for product listing images. This policy applies to everything you upload, everything you ask the Service to generate, and the way you use the Service. It is part of the Terms of Service.

1. Content standards and prohibited categories

You may not upload, generate, or try to generate (including by wording a prompt or a custom scene to get around our checks):

1. Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, sexual acts, sexualized poses or clothing such as lingerie, fetish content, or anything intended to arouse.
2. Violence and gore: blood, injury, weapons used against people or animals, self-harm, or cruelty.
3. Hate and harassment: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, hateful symbols, or harassment of any person.
4. Child safety: any sexual or exploitative depiction of minors, or any image of a person who appears to be under 18 in a model photo. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant authorities, and the account is closed immediately.
5. Deepfakes and impersonation: images of real, identifiable people (including celebrities and influencers) without their documented consent, uploading someone’s face to create a model, or content that pretends to come from another brand, seller or person.
6. Copyright and trademark infringement: other brands’ logos, product designs, photos or artwork you have no rights to; counterfeit or replica products; or images made to pass off your product as another brand’s.

Also not allowed: illegal products or products that marketplaces prohibit, misleading product claims (invented certifications, specifications or reviews), and abuse of the Service (bypassing credits or limits, automated scraping, reselling access, attacking our systems).

2. How we moderate

• Built into generation. AI model photos are only made from fixed product-photography scenes with an adult model in ordinary clothing, plus any extra details you add; the model provider’s safety filters also apply.
• Automatic check of every AI photo. Before you see an AI photo, a separate model (Gemini 3.8 Flash) checks it against your product photos and for the prohibited categories above. Photos that fail the content check are deleted, never shown, and their credit is refunded.
• Human review of reports. We review every report and may review an account’s uploads and outputs when a report or our checks indicate a violation.

3. Reporting

Anyone can report content made with PDPKit, including people who appear in an image and rights holders. Email report@pdpkit.xyz with:

• a link to or copy of the image, and where you saw it;
• which rule it breaks (for copyright or trademark: what you own and proof, such as a registration number);
• how we can contact you.

We confirm receipt within 2 business days, act on clear violations as soon as we confirm them, and tell the reporter what we did. Child safety reports are handled first. You can also reach us at support@pdpkit.xyz.

4. What happens after a violation

• Content removal: violating uploads and outputs are deleted.
• Warning: for a first, minor violation we email the account owner explaining the rule.
• Suspension: repeated violations, or a single serious one, lead to suspension of uploads and generation while we review.
• Termination: severe or repeated violations (always for child sexual content or deliberate deepfakes) lead to account closure. Unused paid credits are refunded, except where the account was used for fraud.
• Legal reporting: we report illegal content to the authorities where the law requires it, and cooperate with valid legal requests.
